(Atos dos homens)

In 2005 in Baixada Fulminense, a death squad killed twenty-nine people in cold blood, the largest massacre in the history of Rio de Janeiro. The killers were extermination groups made up policemen working in the area, and who are involved in extortions, kidnapping, drug dealing and homicide. Atos dos homens shows footage of residents of the town that in some cases did not even stand in any particular relationship to this massacre and their attempts to process the feeling it provoked in their every day life.
