Augustin is the next king of Kung-fu. At least, that’s what he thinks. But when you look at him he doesn’t seem to have much of a chance… And since kung-fu will not come to Augustin, then Augustin will go to kung-fu. Yet it’s a long way to China, the cradle of martial arts. Especially on a bicycle… He might as well start with a more accessible form of the East — Chinatown in Eastern Paris. There Augustin forces himself to eat, speak and think Chinese. He discovers unprecedented friendship and emotions, awakened by the needles of an exiled acupunctress… This is how he will be able to live his life without giving up dreaming it…
