In the suburbs of Buenos Aires, the Bolivian community are meeting to celebrate Our Lady of Copacabana. Far from their homeland, the Bolivians bring to the city the signs of their culture, mixing traditional and modern dances, gestures and expressions of their difference. The dancing filmed both during rehearsals and the parade becomes the cohesive social link between a minority community excluded from the city. In this beautiful documentary, which is both discreet and politically engaged, Martin Rejtman portrays an energy tinged with regret, with homesickness never really expressed but always just under the surface.
