In Cuba, the shantytowns have been dismantled. The film takes place in one of the new neighborhoods built in 1962 by former outcasts. Fiction blends with reality through documentary footage, and a handful of professional actors mingle with the locals to analyze the unresolved conflict between the habits of the city society and the new way of life.
