Dance of Dust

Lilia, about 11 years old, works in a small brick-making quarry in a remote region of Iran. He falls in love with a girl of his own age who has joined the community with her mother, a seasonal worker. Llia is haunted by mysterious voices which annoy him and stop him from sleeping. One day, Limua prints her hand on a brick which she gives to Llia as a present and ends up throwing into a well. Such a thoughtful and mysterious gesture may help Llia to find his peace of mind again. The coming of the rains heralds the end of the working season. The workers, including Limua and her mother, prepare to go and leave Llia to his loneliness.
