Ken, head of an Organised Crime Bureau team, leads members Sam, Macy, Jimmy and Magic Bullet on a hunt-down of an inhuman killing squad. Meanwhile three clumsy thieves arrive from the mainland to rob a jewellery shop. Things go terribly wrong; one is arrested and the others take refuge in the same building as the ruthless killers. Waitress Mandy who works in the café across the road becomes the primary witness.
