Haifa, nicknamed after the city he loves, goes around and cornes around in a Palestinian refugee camp. Although he is everybody’s fool, he knows many secret things. He is closely related to the family of Abu Said, a former policeman, to his wife and her children. Their different stories are interwoven into a very timely insight of the current Palestinian way of thinking.
