Ngando and Ndome love each other. Ngando proposes to Ndome but Ndome’s family reminds him of the dowry he has to pay. As he is an orphan, he asks his uncle. Already married to three sterile wives, the uncle decides to marry Ndome although she is expecting a child from Ngando. In despair, the young man kidnaps his own daughter on the day of the Ngondo traditional festival.
