The “Gringo”, a foreign secret agent, investigates the presence of radioactivity in lobsters caught by the fishermen of a Caribbean village. While he is resting at the hotel, a cat steals his lobster. The Gringo goes looking for it in the village streets; meanwhile, the film busies itself visually capturing the atmosphere of the place, the roaming dogs, the women cooking, the children and their kites, the heat, the deserted streets…
