A young musician falls passionately in love with an older woman and wants to marry her. Although the passion is shared, the woman is obsessed with her age and can’t believe that the young man is sincere; yet he is the most sincere man in the world. As he successfully plays to a full house at the Colon theatre, the beautiful woman commits suicide.
