Ten years later after their frst adventure, Goopy and Bagha have become bored with their lives. An invitation arrives from the Kingdom of Diamonds. The ruler there behaves despotically and wants a scientist to build him a brainwashing machine. Goopy and Bagha join forces with teacher in order to liberate the people.
