A series of diamond thefts is upsetting Hong Kong. The thief always signs his wrondgoings with a red flower. The police suspects a pop singer who used to be the most famous burglar in the colony and who claims he has given up any criminal activity. Yet everything is much more complicated than that. A mixture of cabaret singing, kung fu and beautiful women, with a touch of Arsène Lupin, and the amazing formal creativity of its film-maker, Chang Cheh.
