In a ghetto of a big commercial city where the people are poor, their only occupations are music, fighting and sex. Billy, a good-for-nothing teenager who lives above a couple, Robert and Liza, spends his nights peering through holes in the ceiling at the couple having sex. Liza soon discovers his filthy habits and decides to play along with the spy. Little by little, she attracts Billy until he falls into the trap of lust. Using the few hours Robert spends at work, they make love in every way imaginable. Their lovemaking continues until Billy’s girlfriend comes to town and Billy has to go with her. Then Liza realises she can’t do without Billy, she’s now caught in the web of desire.
