Towers of silence

An episode in the life of a woman, initially swayed by the currents of passion and political storms in a strange and desert-like land. The film ends in obsession and madness.In a distant land, the heroine witnesses the execution of a young revolutionary who became her lover a short time before. On returning to her husband in her homeland, she becomes obsessed by this death. In order to exorcise her lover’s spirit, she decides to write a novel about this man’s life.
