Soad is a young bride loving her husband, Moursy. He has to leave his newly-wed wife to work at a lighthouse at sea. There, he lives with two other colleagues and each of them has his own philosophy in life: Nour is a young man living in imagination and illusions, filling his room with pornographic pictures in the hope of quenching his strong sexual impulses; Hafez is a naïve, spending his long days playing cards. They share a world of frustration, suffering and emptiness. Moursy tells Nour about his past experience with women, especially his friends’ wives who are easy preys to solitude as their husbands are away from home. Moursy recalls the honeymoon days with his bride. But could it be possible that his wife becomes unfaithful? On the other hand, Nour starts to think about Moursy’s adventures. He feels that those pornographie pictures degrade his manhood and decides to get rid of them…
