Made in Hong Kong is about a trio of teenagers and their uneasiness in a world where they have lost all reference points and any hope of facing up to the uncertain future. The educational system excludes children, families are breaking up and the economic, political and cultural threat from China is traumatic. Let loose, like wild animals in the urban jungle, some of them sink into a nihilistic revolt. Autumn Moon has left school and gets by on his wits, extorting money for a Mafia-type chief.
