This is the story of two hostile brothers separated by communism and a sister, a former imperial concubine turned Buddhist nun, who are marked by the events of Vietnamese history from 1945 to 1985. Many events and just as many excuses to talk about Zen and capture movement and tranquillity, turmoil and serenity.
