Sean Eternxs is a loving portrait of young working-class people from Ituzaingó in summertime. The structural violence of the country hangs over them, and selling crack cocaine is a means of dealing with the lack of employment opportunities and a horizon that has limited their lives to mere survival. Perrone follows five young people on summer vacation, largely in a public park where they can play sports, listen to live music or just hang out. The portrait is as respectful as it is poetic. The close-ups of the faces, the young people diving into the pool or lying on the grass in the shade of a tree, and the Ituzaingó skies are aesthetically amplified elements: ordinary realities transmuted into wonder, beauty and compassion.
