Under Autumn Rain

“Under Autumn Rain” depicts the stifling rxistence of a city in the interior of Tunisia : Kairawan. A poor family, deserted by a drunkard father. The elder son is unemployed and wants to emigrate. His older sister, who works in a factory, falls in love with an unscrupulous young mechanic who seduces her and then leaves. Her brother turns het out of the house during a violent rainstorm.
