A stolen bankroll passes fortuitously from person in the Alexandra Township. It travels full cycle and lands up in the lap of the rightful owner.
The Magic Garden gives a fair idea of life in the townships, and portays with accuracy the community life of the people, their religious outlook and the poor conditions under which they live. But there is no biterrness in The Magic Garden. On the contrary, a strong sense of humour and vitality pervades the film.
