Randy “The Ram”, a former 1980s’ wrestling celebrity is now reduced to performing in New Jersey community halls and gymnasiums. During a local match he has a heart attack and his doctor insists that he give up wrestling. Sidelined, Randy tries to rebuild his life. He attempts to draw close to his now teenage daughter, who he has never really taken care of, and starts a relationship with Pam, an aging stripper. But when he is offered a last fight with his biggest opponent, he is unable to resist…
