Touki Bouki

Mory, a young shepherd who came to Dakar to sell his herd at the slaughterhouse, meets Anta, a female student and a revolutionary. They are both trying every possible way to get money to go to Paris. After a series of events, they end up on the deck of a boat leaving for France. But at the last minute, Mory decides not to go after yet another dream.
