Beatriz and her sister Laura have a dream: to go to another country, set up a boarding house and live off their income. They have been planning it for years and, finally, overburdened by the crisis and routine, one day they decide that one of them must leave and get the project started. They leave it to chance. And luck has it that Laura, and not Beatriz, will leave first. In her loneliness, Beatriz begins to live three different lives and three different dreams.
