He is born in 24th July 1976 at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He has a B.A
degree and diploma in Theater Arts. He has also a diploma in Photography
& Videography and followed three certificate programs in cinematography.
He directed 15 short films and one long film. He wrote 3 books- 1 poem and
2 children’s books. He has an F.M radio one hour weekly program.
He is married an have two babies. He is now an executive board member
of Ethiopian Film Producers Association.
