Giancarlo Nasi has a B.A. in Political Sciences and an M.A. in Intellectual Property Law, both from Sciences Po Paris, as well as graduate degrees in Executive Film Production from the Catholic University of Chile and Filmmaking from the University of Chile. He started working at WPP Media in Vietnam in Ho Chi Minh City producing TV branded content, then worked at Alessandri & Co., a Chilean intellectual property law firm. He is now the Film and TV Producer with the two Chilean production companies, Don Quijote Films and Forastero. He has produced various feature films such as Raiz (Root) (postproduction), R.Lorena and Salam (documentary).
