Raam REDDY

Raam Reddy, 35, is a screenwriter and director who studied at the Prague film school. In 2009, he published an English-language novel, It’s Raining in Maya. His first feature film Thithi, an Indian-American production, won the Golden Leopard and the Best First Feature Award at the Locarno Film Festival in 2016. The film has since won over twenty awards and was programmed at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Running for close to a hundred days in theatres in India, the film has also been shown worldwide via Netflix. The Fable is his second feature film.
