Takuya KATO

Takuya Kato was born in Japan in 1993. At the age of 17, he began writing for television and radio. The following year, he moved to Italy to study directing. On his return to Japan, he founded the Takumi theater company, writing and directing some twenty plays. He wrote and directed his first feature film, Grown-ups, in 2022, before directing Fly On a year later.
